There were some complications with where Alephena was living and so had to do a lot of selling in order to move her out to a small house. I had to destroy a lot and build a tiny little house so she could afford it but keeping her in the apartment was becoming difficult as my current computer is not running The Sims 3 very well.

This is Elliot Little: Day 13, Part 1

Day 13, Part 1

Its Dean’s first day at university! He’s registered himself into one of the dorms so he doesn’t have to worry about rent and access to facilities. He’s met some of the other roommates, unpacked his things and already started to get into his studies.

Dean only has about $300 and so I haven’t bought him anything. I plan on picking up some candy bar freebies at the meet and greet in order to keep him fed on the days he has the most classes. I’ve taken a look at the job board and have decided not to take anything on yet.

Dean headed out to the university meet and greet and picked up some freebies and met the school mascot. Afterwards he decided to head home and continue on studying before turning in for the night in order to get an early start on the first day of classes.

That concludes the thirteenth day.

This is Elliot Little: Day 12, Part 3

Day 12, Part 3

Dean has taken the aptitude test and is going to get a $1000 scholarship! He also got an opportunity to collect extra simoleons on enrolling. He’s ready to go and is all too eager to pick up the phone. He’s earned a distinguished Science and Medicine Scholarship meaning that he’s already earned credits. Because of the scholarships he can also complete his degree in his first two terms!

It worked out a lot better than I had thought it would. Because of his current work and his skills he got a good scholarship and the bonus gave him enough to pay for all of his tuition and have some left over. I haven’t packed anything for him because he’ll return after and dorm rooms come fully furnished. He’s going to benefit from the university facilities. Things are looking up. That concludes the twelfth day.

This is Elliot Little: Day 12, Part 2

Day 12, Part 2

Dean’s heading off to the Winter Festival where he’s going to give serious thought to his next move. He’s received a holiday bonus! With this he might be able to do more credits at university! He’s just got to take the aptitude test to see if he can get any scholarships. The toilets broken again and Elliot is being more active without socialising. It might be time for him to get out of town for a while. He’s ordered an aptitude test and plans to take it after he gets back from the Winter Festival.

A security system is way too expensive and so I’ve decided to send Dean to university after he goes to the Winter Festival. I’ll sell most of his things and get him a part time job. He’ll be able to use the facilities of the dorms and they’re free. He’ll be able to make friends there as well.

After taking some photos and some snowboarding, Dean is heading back home to take the aptitude test and head off to university.

Day 12, Part 1

Dean’s been robbed! The thief came in and took his kitchen counter and ran off! He didn’t get up and call the police in time. He doesn’t really have the money for a new counter if he wants to keep saving. Maybe he should really be considering going to the university. At least the dorms have facilities… and security.

So I broke my first rule of normal gameplay. I did not buy a security alarm and a fire alarm. And thus, my poor Dean got robbed.

Day 11, Part 2

Dean is off to work and because the extra effort he’s put in helping the sick children and the nurses, he’s earned a raise! He’s going to play some video games to de-stress before going to sleep. If he gets up early enough he’ll be able to go to the Winter Festival before work.

He needs a TV really. The computer games take quite a while to boost his fun up but I can’t afford one for him just yet. That concludes the eleventh day.

Day 11, Part 1

Dean is looking into his options with university. He’s quite low on money but by taking a look through the computer he’s discovered that’s its $625 just for one term of six credits. He certainly doesn’t have enough for that yet but he’s seriously thinking about it.

He almost has enough for one term and just doing six credits but he’ll have to come back every time and do more work in order to pay for the next term. I think I’ll try and save enough so he can at least do half of his course in the first term.

Dean’s still looking quite thin as well so he’s thinking it might be time to start gaining some muscle. He’s going to try working out with the stereo.
