I really do like redesigning houses with a theme. This one I did up in order to benefit myself though as the future tech stuff will make it easier to manage six university Sims. I replaced everything and only added in the room decor. A bed replaced a bed, a TV replaced a TV etc. I did it that way as to not be too excessive with my advantage.
