Day 7, Part 3
She’s
received another invitation but its formal attire. Too conscious of her
appearance she has decided not to go. She did however take the opportunity to
chat to Mike when she rang up to tell him she couldn’t make it. It was
refreshing for her to have someone to talk to.
Because Mike is already friends with
her it will be easy to increase her social activity through the phone. This
means she also doesn’t have to leave the lot.
Elliot has
decided to spend another day at the library. She hopes she can make some
progress. She wonders what kind of novel she should start, dreaming of becoming
a famous author. But before that she has to worry about becoming a writer.
